Concierto Mahou 5 Estrellas: The Lost Fingers
Este trío acústico de Quebec, Canadá se ha dado a conocer en España por ser los intérpretes de la canción del nuevo anuncio de Mahou Premium Light. Nada menos que el hit ochentero “Pump Up The Jam” de Technotronic. Su repertorio consiste en éste y otros clásicos de los años 80 interpretados en Gyspsy Jazz, estilo popularizado por Django Reindhart en los años 30. Han recorrido el mundo con su mezcla de sentido del humor y una ejecución impecable de temas de AC/DC, Bon Jovi, George Michael y Michael Jackson.
After several years of playing as a musical duo, two friends founded The Lost Fingers in 2004. In an attempt to further develop and continuously innovate, they summoned the young and talented Alex Morissette (bassist) in 2006 to “jazz up their swing”. By exercising great musicianship along with a keen sense of humor, the trio unanimously decided to unite their unique voices to create an ingenious tribute to the 80’s in the swinging gypsy style of ‘jazz manouche’ inspired by their mentor, Django Reinhardt which culminates with the release of their debut album, Lost In The 80’s.
